Gauging interest for clear taillights ...

if the mold of the original is good enough it would capture the DOT raised stamp on the original ones thus transferring it onto these ones
hahaha that's freakin awesome. then yes these will be DOT approved hahaha. these molds are like i said EXACT replicas and even the parts of the tail light with texture show up so the dot should show. that's too funny, now i know what your talking about.

-ok guys. im gonna try and get the first set done within the next few weeks. i have to order a **** load of materials for other projects also and then i will be gettin her done. i will make a new thread for the coupes ounce the first set is done etc.

Honestly, ill get clear and either tint it lightly or leave it, but i was toying with the IDEA of tossing in purple and red LEDs so when im at a show i can have purple lights, but on the road im red.
clear or tinted clear would easily bring out the purple.

here is a quick job on a black insert that i did for the ion redline taillight ... havent sanded it or made the lens yet ..... but i think it looks ALOT better this way ...
