plug them in, park in front of a wall, and lets see the cutoff. thats all thats important right now

 

yea thats not going to change all that much with HIDS it'll just be brighter a sharp cutoff should still be a sharp cutoff

 

i can put them in and take a few pictures, but im not going to aim them yet, and it wont be dark for at least 4-5 hours. plus my car is filthy as hell so those photos wont be great either.


and can someone get a mod to change this title, or add "just received" or something. i didnt realize that it was the exact same title as the other one

this is with halogen bulbs. projo is on drivers side with whatever bulb it came with. pass side is stock housing with top of the line phillips bulb. its also daytime ha ha

These come in only the black housing or can you get them with a chrome housing?

nasty hotspot on the left. cutoff is not good at all (even for halogen bulbs in halogen projectors). Throw HID's in there and the cutoff will be worsened due to the projectors not being designed for HID bulbs.

HID's does not mean better vision and cutoff. Looks cooler, but not necessarily more functional. We all know what that equals

there are other projectors that have a worse cutoff. need night time pics for a better judge on bleed

i'm missing how the cutoff is bad.. yes theres a hotspot/ bleed over but it might need like the gen 3's that need to be modded to work better

 

my bad i read it fast and by looking at the pic the right looks better so somehow i thought that was the projectors and i even double checked his post real quick so i dont know how i missed that....

even without reading, stock halogen headlamps do not have a DEFINED cutoff. Knowledge > pictures

hot spots are whatever, not ideal but not a make or break point so relax. cutoff looks legit. would love some night shots

if ppl would understand that these projectors DO look nice, but BLOW at having an output in light then there would be no need.

they look like good projectos, yea they got a hotspot, sucks, but i wouldnt say they are horrible projecters. thats a little extreme

 

Ok well im not going to post in this thread since everything is a pissing match. I made a quick mistake because i read the post to fast and barley looked at the pic, Then admitted to it because i know that i know very little on this stuff which is why i wasnt a dick or anything and a whole page later im still getting **** about it.
