hey man, I'm not bashing you. I'm trying to give some input on them from my experience doing retrofits and working with other Gen headlights that are available on ebay.

I may have been a little harsh per se, but I'd hate to see some ppl waste their $ on these, but in some cases people can't afford a true retrofit. I understand.

Two each's own.

In the 2nd pic posted above is a true retro fit lense, looks open bowled though without a clear lens since the hot spot is still visible. MUCH better than any Gen projector you buy from ebay, etc.

Plus who wants LED's in their housings (besides these that don't have them).

If you have any lighting questions, shoot me a PM. That's what we're here to do, learn!

thats why i bought these. i prefer the stock painted headlights. i painted mine black and loved them until my gf backed into me and cracked one. i rocked 2 different color headlights for over a year. i was going to settle and buy ebay projo's, but they were all so ugly and had all that extra **** in them. plus they were flat black inside which doesnt fly with me. when these came out i figured that if i havent painted a set in over a year, i probably wont do it now. these look sexy, but so what if the output isnt good? ha ha they are ebay projectors. i basically did it to save myself from painting a set of headlights, and to run an hid bulb semi-legitly. i wasnt expecting them to be anything better than past gens in terms of output. as long as they are as good or better than stock, its cool with me

enough of my verbal diarrhea. time for PICTARS!

the hotspots are really exaggerated in this picture. they are defiantly there and noticable, but for whatever reason the camera is picking up on them more. and the light above the cutoff is from the passenger side. i havent aimed them yet and the drivers is wayyyy lower than the passengers. im not trying to defend them, just explaining.

and just to *****:

do you mean mine? there not really a hotspot there .. for some reason photobucket seems to adjust the contrast in the picture so it brings it out more and darkens the picture up...

all I have to say is, HOLY HOTSPOTS BATMAN! But they do look DAMN good. The cutoff line isn't too bad, but is it just me or is the driver side one crooked?

Maybe since we actually know the brand that they are for once we will get some improvements made over time

in those pictures the hotspot is pretty large, not a huge concern for me, and i understand how lights look in pictures is alot different then how they look in person, but overall nice lights.

I like these lights alot, but i believe my favorite is still the 3rd gens. I like halo's, but not so much LED's. im not a fan of the large chrome plate in the middle of these lights

can you take a pic of the back of the headlights to see where the adjustment screws are?

its right where the stock one is. its a gear so you can adjust it from the top. you can put a flathead in it and push/spin it left or right

Ok, that right there now has me convinced that these are the best non retrofit projectors there are. Adjusting the other one's is such a pain in the ass compared to the stock lights.

like i said, there is only one adjustment that i saw. i didnt really look hard because i just planned on putting them in for pictures, but im 90% sure they only have an up/down adjustment. i think it would be pretty hard to miss another knob ha ha.

its the silver gear in the stock location. it has a phillips head socket on the face of it, or you can spin it with a flathead. im sure if you really wanted, you could kung foo grip it

it looks like there should be a little tool you can put in there and twist, but there wasnt one in the boxes

the top one is an up and down adjustment, if you can reach that screw ripping the light out thats a good thing. if theres a left and right adjustment it would be on the bottom near the low beam. those are a bitch to adjust. the adjustments on these light dont look to different from other gen's. stock has an adjustment that you can reach from the top

The lights are USDOT style projectors, so they only have up/down. The only projector style to have left/right is the 2nd Generation since those are E-Code.

You can tell what style a lights are easily by the cutoff. The USDOT ones are ____/¯¯¯¯¯ while E-Codes are just ____/
