Goin Wingless???
There's 4 holes. Take the carpet off the inside of your trunk lid, then unbolt those 4 bolts. Use a hairdryer or heat gun to heat up the underside where the holes are to loosen the glue up, then do the same thing around the base of the spoiler, using fishing line or something like it to pry up as much of the glue as you can, then pull it off and clean up the glue. If you're not gonna shave and repaint at least make sure you use some waterproofing when you plug the holes.
