Going wingless... i have a question!

i went to take off my wing yesterday, took out the bolts and pulled up on it and nothing lol. it is like glued to the trunk.

how do i go about getting the wing off and then getting all the sticky **** off. i tried doing the fishing wire trick but i think its to cold outside or something lol.

any ideas?

thanks

fishing line works just gotta pull hard on it....its got a ton of glue holding it on there, try a heat gun or hair dryer to heat up the glue should make it easier to work with. Once its off you can use goo gone to remove the glue, you'll have holes so either plug em or get vinyl the same color as your car and cover em, thats what I did for a temp fix until I finish shaving my other trunk

Mine came off pretty easy but yeah if yours isn't then heat it up, that'd be your best bet

make sure you don't rock the spoiler side to side. The edges are what dented it.

YTF did they use so much adhesive??? haha, I think almost everyone runs into this problems, eventually it WILL come off though. Just don't warp the lid.

I don't think they use enough adhesive lol. Considering my wing practically fell off my trunk...
