Good interior paint

The paint on my door window/lock plates is chipping off. I'd like to paint them again but my experience has been pretty bad with interior paints. It usually chips right back off again. It's just plastic, so what paint will work best for this? I was thinking the plastic rustoleum brand. I know their metal paint works really well and never chips off.

Or dupli color. I used rustoleum metallic for my trim and door lock pieces.

yea you gotta clear it, you can use any paint as long as you clear it properly. my wheels are done in krylon 2 dollar spray paint from walmart, with $150 clear and they look amazing and will last forever

You're an Ohio guy! If you want to send or bring them up to my shop, we can hook you up with some paint. Solid colors would be cheaper since there would be no graphic going on.

Whipe it all down with rubbing alcohol (cheap and degreases/dries like nothing else) Then prime (good adhesions) paint with... anything will work well as long as its primed, then clear coat.

I've done many interiors and I've NEVER had a chipping issue, I did the radio trim with just some rubbing alcohol, primer and rustoleum gloss black and its tough as nails

you could just scuff sand then toss some Krylon fusion on, but in my experience it doesnt bond too well and you'll end up with chipping
