i decided against waiting for someone to come out with actual carbon fiber emblems, so i busted out some vinyl i had from awhile ago and dressed up the cobalt a little






it wasnt that hard to do, just used a xacto knife and a hair dryer

 

Looks awesome, works well with the black exterior.

 

Fake carbon fiber.... egh, lets just see it as a checkered flag... because in that case it looks sick!

 

what do you think they will do with the carbon firber emblems when they come out. their just going to take some sotck ebmlems and wrap them in vinyl. like what he did^

If anyone ever wants to get really creative... I sell carbon fiber cloth in my hobby shop by the yard.

 

looks great mcphatty. but i think you should of spent the time cleaning your car instead.

carbonbydesign.com has carbon fiber sheets. and their quality is A++++. i bought some for my dad to make a dashboard for his boat. just in case some of you people want some real carbon fiber. they make it in different thicknesses too.

Mine are already covered, but isn't the clear part actually amber giving it the gold color?
