Also, has anyone noticed any condensation building up inside the headlights?

flaking cant be helped. the condensation can be with some clear or black silicone culking

I just noticed the flaking today on both headlights and condensation in just the left headlight after I got the balt washed. They officially lasted me 7 months which is a shame.

lol, ive had mine for only 8 months and i paid $350 for mine and there pealing like you say. oh ive also had something like a fade or like white burn mark near where the bulb for the turn signal is
