head light problem....can anyone help?

got my projectors today in box and new. got everything wired up and tested everything. the passenger light is perfect. all the led's light up , the halos work perfect, and my low and high beams work they are a lil off but i am gettin them lined up tomorrow. on my driver side light the low beams are good, the halo's are good, but 1 led doesnt light up and my high beam doesnt work. is it just bulbs. how hard is it to change. where can i find the led bulb. i honeslty have no clue what is goin on. kinda pissed cuz 215 bucks is 215 bucks you know. anyone have any help it would be greatly appreciated. PEACE!

That same thing happened to me with the highbeam. You could have bent the connector, the metal prong, in the plug when you plugged them in. When I installed mine, the high beam wouldnt work, so I unplugged them, and look at the plug/connector of the lights and noticed that one metal prong was bent. I bent it back into place, plugged them in, and the highbeam worked. You should try this first, if it still doesnt work maybe the bulb is burnt out.
