Headlight bulb variety
Could someone direct me to a good headlight thread on this forum? I know there's got to be one kicking around here somewhere, but my shearch failed.
I just want to know wtf the difference is between a 7000k bulb and a 120000k bulb; other than color obviously. Is one brighter than the other? Does one burn out quicker? Does one require more juice than the other? Etc., etc. Thanks for the help dudes.

Thanks! For anyone else, FYI courtesy of Automotive Lighting USA:
Frequently Asked Questions
What's all this about 4500K, 7000K, 8500K?
This is one of the biggest misconceptions regading automotive halogen lighting. The "K" rating, or Kelvin rating simply indicates the color output of the light on the Kelvin color remperature scale. It has nothing to do with the brightness (luminocity) of the bulb. It is simply a measurement of the color output the bulb will produce. Generally, outputs between 5500K-8500K will produce pure white color similar to the output of High Intensity Discharge (HID) Xenon lighting.
