Im getting a different set of lights to paint and I kinda want some feedback on how I should paint my lights! I am daring to go different, but then again some of these look good! help me decide!

im just gunna keep it simple and go with option #2. i plan to paint my headlights wrinkle black.

 

Option 4 and 5 won't work, unless you leave the reflector unpainted.
Btw I'd go with option 1

 

yea i know! i was using those to refer to the amber pieces either nightshaded/gone/or stock.

i realize that the reflector cant b painted

Everything black except the headlight bucket with no orane lense. (like 3 but no lense)

does painting that rigid area right infront of the reflector effect light output at all?? anyone know??

in my opinion yes. i noticed with my HIDs, when i paint the rigid area the was a reduced amount of glare

 

if you want to do option 6 i have black housings

 

I say option 4, but I'm biased

 

im already getting housings for a steal bt thanks anyways

I'd go with option 3 but retros are the way to go if you are willing to spend some extra $

 

college = no extra $ for retros.. life just sucks

 

so are you saying if i dont have HIDs in I should probably stay away from painting that area?
