HID's flickering with DRL fuse pulled

Sooo ive had my HID bulbs installed for like a year and I pulled the DRL fuse right when they were installed but a few days ago I noticed that there is a smalllll flicker...Ive noticed it when im sitting at a stop light but for the most part it flickers a little when i hit bumps in the road??

the only thing I can think of is the relay is coming loose or something but I want opinions before I start pulling out my headlights

any help appericated

Usually hids flicker when the bulbs go bad.

Or they flicker when the ballast is going. Happened to me. Or also could be a lose connection between the bulb and ballast

i have the 3bspec kit in the stock housing so yea I have a relay

i guess all I can do is check for a loose connection

would it be typical for a HID bulb to go out after a year? not to mention the only time I had them turned on was at night, i never left them running during the day time

let me rephrase, during the day i ALWAYS had auto lights off...therefor the bulbs were not lit up

no but bulbs certainly know the difference between running all day and all night vs. running night only ... less use = less wear... that said i had a 3bspec bulb go in 3 months... so wouldn't be surprised if it was that... my HID went a pinkish red for a week or too, and flickered prior to that. they replaced it tho no questions asked at their expense. in the future i'll be dealing with buyhids.com or ddmtuning both are much more reasonably priced than 3b.
