I'm pretty sure they are, but I need someone to varify this. The 05-07's were the same in all Cobalts correct? I can't find a definant answer anywhere. I need a new one, and I'm just buying 2 new ones, and just want to double check before I order. Just need a quick answer.
i'll sell you two
o5 06 are different from 07 up there orange blinker piece in the light isnt on the 07 up
but the head light its self is the complete same
want to buy the two off me there out of my 09ss/tc there brand new only saw like 300 miles driving time

All of the lights bolt up the same. No difference in the bolts on the cobalts.

This is true, although there is a difference between the SS and the other models. The SS lights have a slight tint to the chrome making them a bit darker than the others. Can't really tell in a picture unless the two lights are side by side.

the ss/sc and ss/tc lenses have a slight tint to them. ls & lt's do not have this tint to their lense. as onecoldbizl272 said the 05' & 06' lights have the orange turn signal insert and 07's - 10's do not.

I'm not real big on the projector headlights. I prefer the stock look. I want a black housing with the dark amber reflector, and so far the JDMs are the only ones I'm finding with a decent price. One of my headlights are shattered, but I want black housing, so I figued I'd kill 2 birds with 1 stone.
Is there any real reason? It's only a headlight housing.

No, JDM is a term. Japanese Domestic Market. For Import cars. JDM has nothing to do with Cobalts. So what you mean is OEM-style blackout headlights. And yes, they look great on a black SS. I had them on mine. But do yourself a favor. Don't buy the eBay ones. I had a set, and the corner reflector popped out. They're cheaply made. Plus the outside lens will eventually yellow. Just look around on the forum for someone selling a set of OEM GM headlights that were DIY blacked out. They look better, and are of a far higher quality. And they won't yellow.
