A bracket would be next to impossible, there's nothing in the vicinity to bolt anything to. Not to mention the bumper needs to be able to flex a little and any bracket you'll make will be solid which will probably lead to either really deeply recessed fogs or stress cracks from the wind.
Great... sounds good.

Anyone wanna buy my setup then? I'm not putting another $300 in for another bumper.

The foglight kit was $120 shipped, then the HID kit was $60 and the inserts where like $50 plus shipping... so yeah a bit of a waste of cash... oh well.

The bulbs and the HID kit and the assembly should fit i'd think. But not 100% on that, and the bumper inserts won't fit at all.

Contact cement eh? How well did that work out for you? Are they still in place and such?

I could, but how much is a new bumper? Another $200+the money I already spent? No thanks, I'm not dumping $500+ into fog lights.

Very little work required.
Here are the fogs
(( CLEAR )) PROJECTOR HALOGEN FOG DRIVING LIGHTS KIT*EX: eBay Motors (item 350356310725 end time Oct-16-10 08:12:29 PDT)
The mounting brackets they come with are perfect. Just drill a hole in the bumper bar and in the cover and bolt them in.

Not sure how big the OEMs are but these are very compact. They are 880 bulbs. I have a DDM 3k kit in them.

it is not HID bulbs, it is halogen fog lights.... why not switch halogen's to HID bulbs ... most aftermarket single beam HIDs fit to fog light housings...

and assembled with mounting brackets... like this standard 880 HID kit http://www.vvme.com/standard-8808818...cPath=44_45_32
