help with lowering springs....

ok so i am interested in lowering my car but i wanna get some opinions and personal experience opinions first. what are good springs to go with? and is it a worthwhile mod? does/will it cause more problems in the long run? shocks? etc? thanks for any help guys!!

I have been on Sportlines for 15000 miles and I love them. The ride quality is awesome, and shocks seem to be holding up fine for now. Will be upgrading to some Koni yellows soon though

dont waste ur money on springs.save a little more and get ground control coilovers for 400

They dont provide much info on them, do they replace the stock shocks?

You usually get what you pay for so I wouldn't be interested in buying coilovers that cost $400 while others go for $1000. To the OP get sportlines cause you get a good ride, aggressive stance, and better handling. Here is what mine looks like on sportlines.

I think those are basically adjustable springs. They replace your shocks or anything. But I dunno.

the only difference between ground control and other coilovers on this site is that u have to pop the hood and adjust a few things on most..ground control u have to take off ur rim..for 600 dollars off i'll take off my rim if i was looking for coil overs
