HID Bulb question

i just ordered a replacement D2S bulb from ebay and found this:

theres a split on the brown tube thing, anyone know if it will cause problems?

1 of my hid bulbs came like that and mine hasnt had any problems i think its a coatin to protect the thing. idk for sure tho. but doesnt effect anything tho.
