Check your pins in the 9007 connector. they seem to always bend when the install is rushed or those connections pushed together fast.

only thing i can think of (which would eat my words from being able to 'plug in some wires' ) is that if i plugged the relay into the ballast wrong??? I mean the clip goes over the triangle shaped one notch in the ballast right???

Relay has nothing to do with your high/low function. These are plug-n-play.

Make sure the pins in the connect are not pushing out and not making a connection.

I dont have a pic of the wires but there are 2 that have to be spliced into a 12source and a ground that control the high/low shield and halos (or at least on my retros i bought from mkurley13) didnt have those wires connected, lights worked but only highs, hooked the wires up and then my halos and high/low worked

are you sure the wire harness is wired for 9007? usually they are wired for 9004. In which the ground and power leads need to be swapped around.
