HID, installation, help. What is this thing?

Anyone know what the hell this thing is, how i wire it, what it does, and where i put it? I just got me a hi/lo HID kit. I assembled the while kit with the exception of that thing. I don't understand what it is or what to do with it. Anyone got any clues or hints? I can take tons of pictures if it'll help. Thanks all.

I kinda think it I gotta plug in one of clips on the back of the headlights but it seems kinda dumb that there is only one.

well the wires would clip in to the blue connector co-ordinating with the positive and negatives of the bulb. now there should have been 2 of those, one for each side of your car

It plugs into the headlight socket like a bulb would. Its where the wiring harness gets its signals for the low and high beams.

So thats what my kit looks like, as you can see I only got one of those blue things and those clip things are connected to the same block as the positive and negative connectors for the battery. I understand that it connects to the bulb but... why is there one? Shouldn't there be two? Or those this kit just like that, it's a raptor kit off ddmtuning.com if anyone has it.

It looks like its a relay kit, correct? If it is then there will only be one, because it gets the signal to turn on highs and lows from that plug, black is ground and goes in the middle and the other two are high and low beam wires.

Pick the drivers side thats where the positive terminal is and there is a ground with a 10mm nut right by the headlight.
