i have an ebay kit installed in my fogs, have had them almost a year now. the harness was pretty crappy, so i replaced the one that came with the kit with one from mobilehid.com and i've had no problems. i bought a more expensive kit for my headlights off automotivelightingusa.com, again using a harness from mobilhid. again, no problems, same quality as the ebay lights. so i'd say just get a kit off ebay and get a good harness, and you should be good to go.
