hid problem

so i bought a set of gen 2 headlights with 6k hids from ddm (not confirmed) any way before this i had bi xenon hids that worked perfectly with no problems. after swapping my headlights leaving my zentec ballast in i have headlights that as i say dance. the light beam will moved left to right rapidly. i figured it was because i didn't have a relay so i installed a relay and i still have the same problem and i know its not my ballast because they worked fine with my other bulbs. im wondering if because my projectors are aimed to high (will be fixed tomorrow) if its possible that my bulb may be touching the projector. or i may have bad bulbs idk any input or experience with this would be appreciated.

its not the ballast as stated already the ballast worked fine with my other bulbs and ddm.s website even states there bulbs work with any ballast.

So wait you mean that one light will come on then it will shut off and the other will come on? Check all your connections, your ground on the relay, and bulb alignment. If not that, get new ballasts. It may he that the ballasts are made specifically for bixenon bulbs, despite what DDM says, they've been wrong before.
