hid and projector help

ok.. i just got my 8k hid kit and i plugged them in and everything and when i turn my headlights on, they go on for like a second and then they start flashing like a strobe light?? whats going on? and where is everyone mounting their ballasts? and one more question. i still havent figured out why my high beams would come on a little bit when my lows are on so i unplugged the drivers side harness and the passenger side high beam turned off so its something with the drivers side headlight.. anyone have any ideas or how i can fix it? anyone with any input would be awesome.. thanks!

double check your connections, and your harnesses, make sure everything fits in the flush
i took out my headlight cradle support, and mounted them right below it, then just run the wires up a little, and they are at the headlight
