HID and Projector question

I am going to get HIDs for my car, I have the old style projector headlights. Does anyone know which bub size i need (9007, 9004...)
And also what is the correct size for the fog lights?

I tried using the search but either I am retarted and could not find this or I was just seaching wrong.

if by old style you mean 1st gen, then you need H1's

fogs are h11 and you have no use for bi-xenon bulbs in projectors since the projectors are just for low beams.

The bulbs themselves are, but the bases aren't, otherwise HID kits wouldn't be available in all different sizes for different bulb types.

You're the one that said bulbs are universal, which they obviously aren't.

Didn't think I would start another projector thread, alot of them. Anyone know how to aim 3rd gen? The how-to for projectors doesn't work because there is no gold/silver *** to adjust, and ill see I see are screws to hold things in place.

for everyone with HIDs, when you replaced the headligts did you also do the foglights? and if so where is a good spot to put the ballast and does it take alot of power from your battery? has anyone had any issues?

ive seen people mount them on the under side the the grill (open area between fascia and it's quick clips)

also for the fogs you can mount it to the bottom muddle guard
