Texas requires two plates also. But here, just as long as if you can prove you have it there, they'll dismiss it.

it lets you hide it away for shows and at the track and such but still lets you run 2 plates on the street

Or scratching it like my friend in his lowered GTI. That thing is scratched up for realz.

I meant advice to how to get the rivets out. The how to said drill bits. What size bit? and so on.

the how to looks like they are metal rivets. i looked at my license plate and they look plastic. is this just the covering to the actuall rivet?

anyone have an answer for me?
