HID's in generation 3 projectors

I have gen 3 projectors as you can see in my sig but I was wondering if I can put hid's in them without having any problems. If so, what kind of hid's should I get. I want the traditional light blue color. I would read up on them in the hid thread but I don't have any time right now so let me know what you guys think. Thanks.
