How do I aim gen 4 headlights?

Just installed my gen 4 but they are aimed really low. Is the silver wheel to aim them?

install them on the car, take off the wheel well cover and aim it. you dont have to take it on and off. you can adjust on the fly. took me 10min tops when i adjusted mine, the longest part is takin/putting the wheel well covers off. just ahve a long screwdriver.

I just used a small flat head in the serrated edge on the side. Took like five minutes.

Use a philips screwdriver to turn the wheel with the little gear teeth from above, works surprisingly well.
