Check out the HOW:TO- REMOVE SEATBELT HOLDER
all you have to do is remove the head rest and get some pliars and twist off the metal peice that is holding the plastic peice to the hear rest, its really simple, i did it about 10 minutes ago, and it only took about 5 minutes
if you take the plastic peices off, will it void the warrenty?

like stated above, you do not have to cut the plastic to get it off. you can remove the headrest then you have to remove the metal ring that holds the plastic piece onto the headrest arms.
lift the headrest all the way up. theres a plastic piece on one of the posts, remove that and theres a hole that you have to push in a spring to release the post from the seat back. when it is released pull the headrest out and remove the metal retaining rings that hold the plastic piece on and reinstall. when i did mine, i just turned the plastic seatbelt holder(if thats what you want to call it) around, so it is facing up and back.
not much of a change but it is more comfortable to sit, if your taller than 6 feet, like i am.
not sure if it will void the warrenty. if theyre not theyre it makes grabbing the seatbelt a pain.
