how should i pop this out

Thumbs down how should i pop this out

ok i got a dent in my rear q panel from a jackass backing into my car a running away soo i need to do the next best thing.... pop that thing out soo its in the lower part of the q panel on driver side can i take the bottem piece of the interior out or do i have to take both top and bottem out to get to it dent to pop it out

if you have no idea what your doing its probobly not a good idea to try. post a pic of it 1st. ill tell you if its fixable through you just pushing, or PDR, or if it needs body work. u start wacking on it with hammers you will create high spots in the surface and instead of 1 low you will have 400 highs that will look like ass, and are then unfixable and you will need the entire dent knocked low, filled with filler, and repainted

oo i wasnt gonna hammer it all i wanted to do is like hit it lightly with my palm

lol yea sure you can try to push it out, but its not always that easy. but thats probobly ur safest way if your not gonna go to a Paintless dent guy. There might be a high around the dent though where it creases, called an eyebrow, that probobly wont come out, but do what you can with it im sure itll make it better

ok man thanks but to get to it can i jus take the bottem plastic piece off?? or do i have to take off seatbelt and top piece also
