How to take off front upper grille?

Ok so I was trying to take off the upper grille today and its a pain in the a$$ to take it off. I know there are a good amount of clips that hold in place. Is there anything else that holds it in place that I probably didn't see. Also I noticed how its connected to the foam stuff does that come out also or how do I disconnect it from there?

There are two pins on the bottom of either side of the upper grill that go into the foam.....they aren't push in pins even they look like them.....Just twist the pins out because they are threaded.
