If you have wraped you roof step inside.

I was going to vinyl wrap my roof and I wanted to remove the trim rails to repaint them and end the wrap underneath to better secure the edges. Does anyone know how they are attached? I wasn't sure if they slide on or are attached by clips. was hoping not to break the as they are over a hundred dollars each.
Thanks for any help.

if I can remember correctly when we did my car last. the top rails that run in the channels on the roof are held on with a combination of retaining clips and adhesives.
