impulse's carbon fiber overlay dash trim

Finished pics









ok guys....after recently getting my composites order finally in I started on the first of many projects..carbon fiber wrapped dash trim...just like gravana used to do. here's two teaser pics of them in mid process. these should be done within the next couple of days hopefully.

very sweet, cant wait to see it installed. i see your doing two sets?

should you cut out where the cd player goes and use more resin tho?so it sticks good to the edges?

plz read the above dude....it's mid process. of course the cut outs will be done lol and there's only one layer of epoxy on right now

impulse u *****! lol. looks good. where in NY do u live? I think if both of us got together, we could do some nasty ****. i'm good with vinyl n ur good with actual cf n ****. we need to get together sometime here and put our heads together. we could be partners? idk think about it. pm me sometime. i'm leaving tomorrow for NC. i'll b back tuesday. please consider it. btw what epoxy do u use? bc i use krylon clear coat, n it's not the same. idk think about it dude. we could make some $$$.

ic...i can't really tell from the pics but i'm guessing you used vinyl? if you took the wrap off it couldn't be real cf unless it's made with a flexible coating or something. or maybe just something im not getting? also i shaved off those ugly bumps and square from under the radio and used body filler to give me one smooth finish.

krylon clear is not an epoxy resin clear coat. i use kleer coat table top resin.

impulse....your skills are of great wealth my friend...i can see myself buying many of your products: clear tails (first and foremost), cf injector cover, cf dash tirm, cf front lip, and even cf front bowtie.......

i know krylon clear coat isn't an epoxy. thats just what i used so it wudnt b scratched. awesome work as usual dude!
