a decent amount.....the pieces are sanded. the radio trim bezel is sanded flush in between the radio and hvac and body filler added for smooth finish. they are then primered black. then carbon fiber is applied over a layer of epoxy as the "adhesive" then 4 layers of kleer coat epoxy resin are added. the parts are then trimmed . afterwards they are sanded down smooth with 100, then 220, then 340 and 420. next is 4 coats of clear (for uv protection and looks). then they are wetsanded with 1000,1500,2000. then buffed out with a rubbing compound and finished with a polishing compound. i can't tell you the actual amount of hours but it's alot of work. besides the prep work of cutting the cf the right way with taping off the ends and mixing the resins and using a heat gun after every layer of epoxy to get any bubbles out. i also made stands out of 1x3 and 3/8 inch dowels for ease of application. im very **** about my work so it comes out pretty dam good if i do say so myself.
