Installing fog lights
Im trying to get my fog lights working and I have nothing wired up yet. I also want to avoid messing with the fuse box.
So would this work? Splice the positive and ground from each of my headlights and run them to the fogs right below the headlights. That way they turn on with low beams automatically.
Would I run into any problems like the circuit overloading or fuse going out, etc?

If you're going to do that, use relays and get power directly from battery. Just use the headlight wires as the signal to turn on the relay, and have the relay contact supply power to your fog lights. And make sure you fuse the wire that goes from your battery to the relay contact (close to the battery as possible)
You probably COULD get away with just daisy chaining them off of your headlights.... but it's better to do things the proper way. Put in a little bit of effort now, and about $5 and you'll never have to worry about them ever.

Yeah, there's a positive battery post, and i think a ground stud in the fuse box under the hood. Or you can just find a stock ground screw somewhere else under the hood. I know there's one behind the driver's headlight near the ECU.
Or buy a harness from this guy. lol ^^ whatever floats your boat.
