interior black spray paint?
interior black spray paint?
i have an 05 ls with a two tone interior color.....the dash is black and so is the top of all the doors....4 doors....so is there a way to get the bottom door panels which are currently grey to match the top which is black???
ok i would also like to know cuz i have a 2 tone 2 and its black on the bottom and like tan on the top. And the roof is so low any tall people that get in hit there head on my headliner and get it dirty. This sucks cuz i work in a machine shop and i hate trying to get grease of out something thats tan. So i want to dye my tan stuff black.
i also used krylon fusion plastics paint. works great just make sure you get a few good layers on it. oh i also just prepd with steel wool and rubbing alcohol. here is a pic of the results:
sorry for the steal op...but would it look stupid if i dyed the headliner black and left the pillars tan? cuz i have the side air bags and i really dont want to mess with taking thos out to do a good job at painting them
the pillars have a smoother surface that the door panels... has anyone painted those?? I feel like the doors and console panels would look awesome spray painted, but the pillars would look tacky... any ideas?
again i dont have pics but i used the fabric/vinyl paint and it came out great. i used it on the pillars and they look and match the rest very nicely. i also layed some onto the headliner and i think it looks good. ill have to try to get pics sometime and post up here for you
^^^ may have been it. i will check at store tomorrow. i have to rent a tool from there anyway to put springs on so i will see what for paint i used when i did it. i just know it was like a fabric/vinyl paint
