Just had my quarter pannel repainted, problem!!
Hey guys. About two months ago a girl backed into my car and I got a dent in my rear quarter pannel and a scratch in my bumper. I took it to a collision center around july 7th and everything seemed fine. I got the car back around the 23rd of July (I live in Buffalo, my dad was dealing with it in Syracuse). Well yesterday when I opened my door, I realised that on the quarter pannel the paint was messed up. It looked like as if somehow a piece of paper (like about an inch big) was stuck to the pannel and they painted over it. So now there is a small bump. When I got the car back I only looked at where the dent was, not the whole thing. Is there anything I can do to have them fix it? It's obvious that it happened during the painting process. Thanks for your help!!

Call up the body shop and talk to them. If they are at all reputable they will take it back and redo the panel. If it is something obviously in the paint itself, any warranty they give you should cover defects in workmanship. My other advice (did 3 years autobody) is to not be a dick about it to them, just talk calmly and confident and they should be willing to solve this for you.
