My dome light doesn't stay on dimly but my mirror lights do. It's possible that because my dome light wasn't there originally, the mirror lights do it instead. If I had to guess, the blue one will probably do the same thing.

The 561 has the loop terminals for the connection, this doesn't. How did you get yours to stay still?

i had a moodlight from advanced auto and it didnt stay you need the loops. it sits there but it doesn't stay perfect that light would be really bright and would work perfect if it had the loops to staying the connector tabs.
i might just get the one i posted earlier

unless anyone can find one that has more than 3 led's and has the loop connectors. i want a led that is as bright as my factory bulb.

 

it fits in there with no major issues, its the same width. i do suggest you squeeze the tabs in about a 1/4" so that the bulb does not fall out like it did on me. i bent in the tabs and it stays put now. it is actually difficult to pull it out and confident it will survive any bumps. i can take a pic if you want. it is also super bright, i have an HHR and this lights up my rear seats, floorboard, and storage area very well.

the 212-12 and 561 are cross compatible
