LED underglow

i want to wire a Led underglow kit and 4 six inch led's on the inside of the car, i want to use one of the 12 volt plugins to power all the lights through a switch, will it work or will i be drawing too much power?

LED's don't draw alot of power. I have street glow gold series blue underglow on my car and I have had it on for hours and never had a problem starting my car. As for the wiring, I would hardwire it.

The only thing I wouldn't do is wire your interior leds on the same switch as your underglow. But thats just my opinion.

Good Luck With It.

I had CCity do mine. They did an awesome job. I have red underglows, red floorboard neons and UV floorboard neons all wired on 3 separate switches. I've left mine on for hours too and have no prob starting my car. They don't draw much juice. Post pics when you get them on.

Yeah, hardwire those wires for sure and use seperate switches. Most of the kits can be left on continuously for 6-7 hours and still leave you with enough power to start the car. Good luck.
