led underglow noob questions

for christmas my gf purchased me an led underglow kit, i live in northwest ohio and we get snow quite often, i was wondering if i should wait until spring to put them on because i heard they break easier in the winter, thanks for any advice

If your lowered yes, if not shouldn't be, also mount them higher up and you should be fine.

As much as I'm against underglow I think it's safe to install in the winter. Just steer clear of potholes and such as a safety precaution.

I would say sell it on eBay but since she gave it to you as a gift... tough it out. Should be fine in winter.
