where did you get the boot and handle from and about how much did you pay?

 

handle from eBay - around $80 CDN

boot from eBay (custom BMW m5 boot) - $30 CDN or so

 

hey guys I got one... pics up soon... its a sparco knob with sparco boot... a auto store in socal had it for sale I paid 87 for both

 

Did you get it to fit? I need to dremel the fitting cause it's too small

No, the old plastic cover twists off.

I attached the boot to the handle cover, then slide the whole thing over the e-brake, I installed the set scews that came with the new handle cover and it is rock solid.

edit; forgot, there was a small plastic lip that, needed to be trimmed down for the cover to slide all the way on, I just used my utility knife (you will know what plastic lip when you see it). Not all covers will work out like this, this one was slightly larger diameter on the inside.
