Italian olive/machinery dk. gray/bronze (hammered brown) come together to make what I had been planning for a while.

While apart I took the EVAP line and formed it with a heatgun to go underneath the blower. Plan to tuck and clean up a few more minor things another day.

Personally I'm beyond pleased with it, might not be for everybody.

So it doesn't matter where the Simple Green touches? It won't mess up anything right?

Can you spray simple green all over the engine then wipe it off?

So just spray and let sit, then rinse with water?

I've never clean my engine so I would have no idea what to spray and what not to spray. But everything should be okay to touch with water right?

Well put some elbow grease into it. Scrub the areas that are bad. Most things you can spray just have common sense. Don't go full blast around the electrical fuse box.

I pour some into a spray bottle and add water like a 1:4 ratio. Open the hood, mist with water, spray simple green generously all over, close hood, wash car, open hood, like lightly brush dirty areas with a brush, spray it off. Blow dry with leaf blower.

Thanks man, I too admire your work, so said compliment means a bit to me.

Had to have something to set the car off a bit, like the rest being subtle and the bay kind of grabbing attention.

They were stainless MRZ pieces, painted 'em, not a fan of how black aerosol lays but it works and honestly I'm just obsessive compulsive.

Those pieces remove underneath, note the bolts on the side. They're just inserts per-say that go underneath the laser cut black pieces.

Or I'm damn good .

Going that route, here's a 65 Mustang 289 V8 my Dad and I restored:

And here's a 1938 Buick Special straight 8 my Dad did most of the restoration on with some help from me (I was very young at the time this project was started):
