originality is what every ricer claims lol. im not necessarily calling you a ricer, but that just looks cheap and tacky. its no different than someone with a blue car putting blue every where. hey wait a second.... didnt this forum actually ban a member for his ricer tendencies??? lol he had blue EVERYWHERE

So...think I fixed my PM's finally. Tell me how you got the lettering done on your VC. PM me if you like. I'm thinking on using some caliper(temp resistant) paint and one of those rollers...like for fingerprints....with no real cloth to them so it wont splatter or brush the rest of the VC.. Looks nice man

because it draws attention to every single hose you put it on. black does not. therefore its tacky.

I have to agree with him. Color matched accents look nice. But they need to be suddle. You cant look at something and be overwelmed by white hoses and **** running everywhere you see. Sukxost did it pretty well with majority black and a color matched valve cover. If he had "Ecotec Turbo" in black it would look even better.

That was my point the last couple of posts....been wanting to do it ofr like a year now but very busy and its SO precise to do...I didn't want to **** it up. Plus I was not sure exactly how to do it but I'm going to get a very small roller with NO knap on it and use some caliper(heat resistant) paint and see how it comes out
