Micro suede Dash Trim

So I had prepped my interior trim for some painting. I have an 06 so I shaved the little useless black piece in the middle of the radio bezel and smoothed it all out. Primed it all....then work got crazy and months went by. Since it is now too cold to paint the pieces outside I decided on a different route. Wrapping in micro suede. Its not as durable at ultra suede or alcantara, but its good enough.

I bought a yard of micro suede fabric, which was way more than i needed. One can of spray adhesive and a bottle of UV sunblock. Still need to get some scotch guard to protect from getting wet.

Here is the end result

dont mind the hot glue stringiness....i need to vacuum it

Not too bad! Now you need to do the side panels on the doors in the same fabric and it will match better!!

Not my cuppa tea but way better than the cheap ass grey plastic.
Looks like you did a nice job....any problems fitting everything back together after covering?
