one should go from the original harness to the ballest, then the other should go from the ballast the the bulb

are you trying to use a relay harness or just hook up the ballast to the stock vehicle connectors?

I'll be doing this later this morning... i think this is where you are stuck..

OK Looking at my kit and the wiring instructions... the kit comes with a relay harness as well, but the plug and play diagram that is shown on the instructions shows the harness to connect the two isnt used at all, so there thus should be no free wires right?

The only thing is that they show a seperate wire going from the stock harness to the ballast... where in the kit the hookup for the stock harness is in the bulb...IDK...i'm lost

here is the diagram i am looking at

it should be either one or the other, if you're using the relay just plug that one in and don't use the one from the bulb.

so i dont need to connect the two together? i can run from my stock harness to ballast to bulb, without the resistor wires going to the battery? This is safe?

BTW< ur stock wiring is going to put a big strain on ur ballast and eventually blow ur nice new expensive HIDs

i had some crazy problems until i bought the aftermarket harness and did it correctly.
