Only if a Cop orders you to have a "saftey inspection" done do you have to have your vehicle inspected.

My old Civic had a Momo Millenium wheel in it and I got a saftey inspection done and it passed. Laws are different from Country to Country. Even from State to State or Prov. to Prov.
Must be nice, a safety inspection is required yearly here, don't know how that would work with the airbags removed. Reguardless nice lookin' wheel.

Question for you, does your service air bag light go crazy everytime you start up the car or did someone clear that for you? I went to a dealer and they told me i couldn't get mine cleared for the passenger airbag.

It looks pretty good...and have not seen that mod on this site before,... I like it. But I also like my buttons, air bag, and cruise....and that airbag comes in handy when you hit a solid wall of ice going 55 mph....If you really like it that is what matters, and others here might consider the idea also...cool...

The red light thats like a picture of the airbag stays on all the time, however if your talking about the "SERVICE AIR BAG" warning in the DIC, the shop I had it done at turned that off for me, its like the "CHANGE OIL SOON" it can be cleared with a code reader or whatever they use to clear the codes.

If your passenger one is going off all the time then there is a problem with the unit, might want tio get it looked at by another dealership, it might not work in an accident or even better just go off for no reason, if you havn't been behind the wheel when one goes off then I'll tell you this, is loud and smells like gun powder and fills the car with smoke and black grey film, it would deff. cause an accident if it just went off while your motoring down the road.

i installed SS seats that i bought on here and there is no harness under the passenger seat like there was in my stock seats. The sensor that told the computer if someone is sitting there or not isn't hooked up.

Yeah, they are.

I like the look and handling from an aftermarket wheel, but I would never ever be allowed to autocross my car again. Rules prohibit removing a steering wheel that has airbags from the factory.
