Whats the easiest way to take them off, by the looks of it they are part of the wheel well liner. Did you guys just cut them off ?

I trimmed the mudflap part off with a pair of heavy duty scissors. I did this in order to get my SS sideskirts on. You can get the SS panels that will replace the mudflap ones.

ive been meaning to do this as well, does cutting them leave any open spaces in the fender liner?
