So i went out the other day and got some 9 inch LED strips with the intent to make my inner tails functional as brake / signal lights. So I get my tails out fine, then i start taking them apart. The rubber gasket on those lights has this nasty tar on it and it is horrible! Its allover my hands and the floor, and believe me i was being careful. It took me so long to clean up and this crap is still on my hands. I also tried to cut away at the sealant to get the lense off... but i failed at this as well. lol. So my tails are back on the car; perhaps this will be a project for another day, but im very frustrated right now. Any suggestions to make the job easier haha?
