So I wanted to take my dad and get his fathers day present. I decided lets drive my car. As I am getting on the 91 freeway from the 71, I get cut off by a tow truck...

I start slowing down. I am on the far right lane, and trying to get into the other lanes. I am blocked in. Then the tow truck swerves and runs over a piece of tire that's laying on the freeway.

Well... long story short, i tried to swerve out of the way with the little room i had but no luck. Smacked the bumper... my 09 tc

The sharp edge were the fog light goes in, is damaged, it looks shattered and there's a piece that is sticking out... The fog lamp was pushed into the bumper. The lip is hanging off, not too bad but the clips that hold it on are obviously broken...

When i went to put the fog lamp in, i found out, that the filter for my Injen intake, was crushed due to the fog lamp pushing it in.

I hate having a brand new car look messed up, and the worst part is that my dad thinks its nothing serious... only thing is its because its not his car.

What should i do? any helpful tips greatly appreciated.

 

Get a new bumper..... Just be happy it didn't get totaled
