My new cobalt

i just want to get yall's opinions on if i should do the following to my cobalt. i'm getting a white 2.2 LT

ok so i think i'm going to get the following

-black racing stripes all the way down
-paint the stock rims a flat black or gloss black (haven't really decided yet)
-paint the headlights and tailights
-get 35% tint all around
-no wing at all (i like the clean look to a car)
-and possibly clean all emblems and handles off

So what do yall think? a good set of goals?

i know but i like the clean look as in the body work like when you look down the side of the car it's straight, no handles sticking out or any **** like that.

In terms of how good a mod looks, the effect of lowering is greater than your entire list combined, except maybe tint. Just my opinion, of course.
