My Retros

I bought the projectors from buyhid.com 5k. Painted them U41. I etched cobalt ss into my lenses as well.

looks good
so is the cobalt SS on the inside of the lens? or what exactly did you do?

very nice..i work on an epilog laser at work, is that how you etched the lens? looks great!

I'm guessing its on the flat side of the lens facing in towards the bulb. I was looking on HID planet and this is how a member did it on there.

Thanks, love the kit so far. I just used a reversed decal and took baking soda and blasted it. It really stands out on the car. I will get pictures yet.

Wish I would have waited for those Motori projectors. They look so much better than the old ones. They look like they sit back a lot further. I still love my BuyHID kit though haha.

I like how you didn't paint the whole housing black. Actually looks different. Good job.

Thank you, that's EXACTLY what I wanted. There are so many Cobalt's out there and I don't want to be like the rest of them.

Thank you, turns out I have to possibly tear apart my one headlight. I can't aim it. I think it unhooked. BUT... the cut off line is SO nice.
