New Grill.... Pics!!!
Is the mesh plastic or metal? I like the size of your mesh compared to the others. Although, the holes might be too big to stop a rock or something from going through it? I also like how you painted the remaining pieces of the original grille black & not the body color like staged06, just my opinion.
Another question, how did you get the old grille out? I took out all the pop-up clips, took off the Chevy emblem, and was having a hell of a time getting the stock grille out. I know there's a bunch of tabs holding it in, but even when I bent them back and tried to get the grille out, it didn't want to move. Did I miss something else that might be holding it in?
X2 (you mean the eyelids right?)

There are two plastic screws on eitehr side of the grill holding it to the bumper..take those out and its hould eventually wiggly out.

well i painted the inside of the light, and the eyelids are painted on, i am planning on redoing them cause i want them to come down just a tad bit lower for a meaner look.
there are a couple of screw holding the grill onto the front bumper. the mesh is plastic and i was somewhat worried about the size, but i really dont think that it will be much of a problem, because i figure it will keep big stuff out and at least slow little things down enough to where they dont do any damage.
top grill would be exactly the same, but i have no clue on the lower.

Wow that looks pretty sweet, im gonna have to learn how to work with vinyl and a heat gun
man thats bad.......thats what i wanna do! how hard is it? where did u get the vinyl?
MOST PEOPLE USE GUTTER GAURD (BLACK PLASTIC MESH) AT ANY HARDWARE STORE. i OPTED TO USE GAV. STEEL MESH WHICH WAS A TOTAL PAIN IN THE @SS BUT LOOKS AWESOME, IF YOU USE STEEL BUY LOTS OF PAINT UNLESS YOU WANT TO KEEP THE STEEL LOOK..
Now that looks GREAT. I hate the White inlays on mine, looks like I'm gonna have to procure some red vinyl and have at it!
