Angel eyes are like driving lights, they look cool but dont really do ****. "HID lights flood the roadway with a wider, brighter, more uniform light than regular halogens", http://www.consumerreports.org

Angel eyes.............The reflector, It looks like a circle of glass and it produces more light that a standart Halogen Reflector.
HIDs. A more powerful light that comes with its own ballast ( Mini Battery) To produce a lot more visibility and A lot brighter than standart Halogen bulbs.
HID. Lighbulb Ballast.
Angel eyes. Reflector. ( Some people call angel eye the tow little round circles that you see on the headlights on beambers. Also known as Halos)

I have Hids you can see them in my pic

yeah those are HIDS. And no you do not need projectors for them. Luckily in our cars we can adjust the light output so when u put them on you can adjust them. However in most kits you lose the high beam funtion. An hid kit will usually cost you around 3 to 400 dlls.
